The 24th annual 3-day Seafood Technology Short Courses is to be held from 29 – 29 February in Nova Scotia, Canada. This course is intended to give a detailed condensed overview of most aspects seafood technology and is intended for those individuals involved in seafood production, retail or quality control activities.
